Pup N’ Go Return Policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Pup N’ Go. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Pup N’ Go does not provide prepaid return labels.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
Final Sale Items
We currently do not designate any products as final sale. All standard products may be returned if they meet our return requirements.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
To protect all customers, we cannot accept:

Items that show signs of use

Items damaged after delivery

Items returned without original packaging
(These are ineligible—not “final sale.”)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review your claim and provide a replacement if applicable. Pup N’ Go reserves the right to determine the cause of damage.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and approved.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns that do not meet our requirements may be denied.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as new orders. You can return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, the order may already be processing.
Liability
Pup N’ Go is not responsible for:

Wear and tear, misuse, or pet-related damage

Carrier delays

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Incorrect address submissions

Returns arriving damaged due to inadequate customer packaging
